Karl joins us from Blakeney Homes, where he excelled in managing complex construction projects, consistently ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. His impressive qualifications include:
• NVQ Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor
• HNC in Construction
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• First Aid Certification
• Scaffold Awareness

At Kingshall Estates, Karl’s expertise will be instrumental in overseeing the ongoing Meadow View development, where we are creating 7 beautiful homes alongside a 300-metre access road. His leadership and dedication will ensure the successful delivery of this project, maintaining our reputation for excellence in property development.
