Dukes Cottages, Meppershall

Situated in the popular village of Meppershall, Bedfordshire. This collection of homes were built in the style of Duke of Bedford cottages - a common site in the surrounding villages. All houses sold off plan and were built with unmatched attention to detail.

Bridge Cottage, Great Barford

This complete restoration of a 14th century cottage located alongside the Great River Ouse in the Bedfordshire village of Great Barford required a sympathetic approach. We worked very close with conservation experts and planning to restore it back to its fullest.

Later on we acquired planning and built The Boat House next door which sits on the rivers edge for all to enjoy situated next to Bridge Cottage.

The Rectory, Maulden

Tasked by the late Richard Windslade of St Mary’s Church to design a new development at The Rectory, Maulden. The brief included a new Rectory and 4 individually designed homes.

Inspired by a traditional farm design, the build incorporated homes such as ‘The Farm House’, The Haybarn’, ‘The Smithy’, The Coach House & ‘The Rectory’.

The George House, Maulden

Sitting tall in it’s surroundings, the George House was neighbouring a Grade 1 listed church and a Grade 2 public house - The George Inn.

The unique location meant extensive planning, it was thoughtfully designed sensitive to its location.

The George Inn, Maulden

Total restoration completed in 2016, after years of being derelict.

The listed building was sympathetically restored and pieced back together along with small extensions and a new build with 7 ensuite rooms. The work was extensive enabling the pub to reopen its doors in the summer of 2016.
